All charges and fees include IPT and VAT where applicable. Effective for all policies or policies renewing with a cover start date on or after 1st April 2012

Commission retention | Varies | If a young driver's insurance policy is cancelled after the 14th day, we will retain the commission earned from the sale of the policy. The amount is dependent on the annual premium and the insurer. |
Duplicate documents and cover notes | £20 | If more than one document is requested at the same time, only one charge will be made. |

First Year: GPS Box, installation and annual monitoring | £199 | The box charge is non-refundable after 14 days of cover. |

Box decommission charge | £100 | Decommission = removal of box. £NIL if at anniversary / £100 at all other times. |
Change of vehicle box transfer cost | £100 | £100 regardless of whether the vehicle is at the same or different location. |
Failure to attend engineers appointment | £60 | Mandatory charge per missed appointment. |
Lost / Irrecoverable charge | £360 | e.g. Can not be recovered after policy has lapsed, or car has been sold / disposed before removal of box. |
Red Hour Breach | £100 per night | £100 red hour charge of which £50 is payable to the insurer to cover increased insurance risk. |
